Before you proceed with the steps to create or use this feature, make sure you’re a part of one community at least. It’s only then you will be able to schedule a meeting, notify other members regarding a meeting raised by you, or view meeting notifications from other members.

You can schedule a meeting in simple steps like adding the basic details (date, time, and venue), adding the purpose for the gathering, and defining goals.
