When your community has some way for open sharing of thoughts, ideas can be exchanged easily, issues are resolved, and valuable decision-making happens. Since the Parivar App is based on the idea of bringing the community closer, feedback had to be an important feature. Sharing feedback to the community committees ensures needs and expectations are met and a healthy community carries forward.

When you get to access this important Parivar feature, make the most out of it by voicing your opinions, addressing unnoticed concerns, throwing light on old issues demanding immediate action, and so on. It's for the overall development of your community after all!

Any Parivar App user can create an Album with distinct privacy settings. You, too, can make one which is limited to yourself or visible to the entire community. Our application gives you freedom of choice so you have full control over what others can view regarding your profile.

How to use the Feedback feature?

Here is how you can access Parivar App’s Feedback feature in simple steps:

Open the Parivar App and move to the ‘My Profile’ section

You can see the ‘Feedback’ feature in the list. Click on it & you’ll have one or more communities (that you’re a part of) to choose from. 

Select the community > Share Feedback > Write a Feedback > Submit.

Make sure to proofread your feedback before submitting it to the admin/owner.

What happens as you share your Feedback?

Feedbacks are sent to the admins and owners of the respective committee or community. They’ll be reviewed and approved for making visible to all the community members. The areas of improvement will be highlighted and the designated person will share their thoughts regarding implementation of required changes. 

Tips for Sharing an Impactful Feedback

If you shy away from speaking your mind or don’t know how to weave your thoughts into words, let us also share some tips to make your feedback count. Use these tips as your guidelines for sharing impactful opinions.

Be specific

  Stay on the topic and describe your feedback with an effective choice of words. Describe the issue/concern clearly and avoid mixing more topics in one as it may divert focus on core problems.

Share examples

 Examples and illustrations are a better medium for sharing your thoughts. Try to add perfect examples along with your feedback.

Stay constructive

Even if you’re sharing a criticism or something that is repeatedly brought to the admin’s notice, try to stay constructive. Remember, a positive tone will make a good impression and has zero chance of drawing hate.

Suggest solutions

While you’re sharing a problem, don’t forget to share the solution (in your opinion). This shall push your thoughts forward and the admins shall understand your expectations better.

Stick to honest reviews

Honesty is the golden rule of sharing feedback. Share genuine opinions with a respectful tone. Use formal language for describing your ideas and experiences which reflects your perspective in the best way.

Overall, the committee plays a pivotal role in keeping the community together through highs and lows, thus building lasting relationships.
